Welcome to WeightLossProse.com. I've been interested in health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I believe living a healthy lifestyle makes for a happier life. However, I don't support our nations obsession with dieting. I believe one can eat healthy and still enjoy eating. I also don't support the idea that exercise must take place in a gym. Being active outside (hiking, biking, playing tennis) is the best form of exercise. I hope my weight loss blog helps you in your quest to lose weight, keep it off, be healthy, and be happy!
